Professional Coaching – Transitioning To A New Role

I found the coaching sessions to be immensely beneficial to my consideration of ideas and issues relating to my new role, and some of the ongoing challenges that I have faced in my work historically.  I greatly appreciated Stewart’s insightful and thought-provoking questions.  He stimulated a focus in my thinking that provided me with a better understanding of the value of my contributions to my teams and to the Firm, and in my abilities to provide greater contributions to meet objectives.  While each hour took flight and seemed to pass very quickly, I found that each session had a profound effect on my thinking.  The sessions helped me to build confidence in my leadership approach.  I learned much from our sessions, particularly a number of ways to flex my thinking and approach to learning, leading and implementing.
